PREMIUMS INCLUDE: Exterior deck railing, standard acrylic and glass skylights, attached solariums, sunrooms, and greenhouses.
EXTRA PREMIUMS MAY BE CHARGES FOR: Customs skylights, custom glass, greenhouses, curved glass, solariums, and sunrooms.
Inspection required for attached sunrooms, solariums and greenhouses. Please call regarding custom skylights and upgraded glass.
*Custom homes may also require inspection*.
Attached garages included.
Commercial Coverage
Commercial - Multi-Dwelling
- Apartment, condominiums, and townhouses: $6.00 per unit, $25.00 deductible
- Building occupancy rate must be 75% or more
- Exterior lobby glass will be covered under this schedule. $25.00 deductible will apply from 8:00 - 5:00, Monday - Friday, work completed in regular business hours
- $100.00 deductible will apply after hours
- Minimum annual rate for any of these situations is $60.00 per year
All Other Commercial Buildings
Price upon application: please call us for individual quotes. A minimum $100.00 deductible rate will apply to all other commercial buildings.

The form is designed for quick, easy completion. Please PRINT completing all sections of the contract. Just check the box and refer to the simple pricing guide to find out your client's premium.
The service contract is a three page pull-apart. The destinations of the three copies:
1. Mail to Budget Glass.
2. Deliver to your client immediately.
3. Your file copy for your client's file.
PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK ALL APPROPRIATE BOXED AS COVERAGE IS SHOWN ON THE RENEWAL NOTICES.
The Authority of the Agent
The Budget Glass contract entrusts you, as the agent, with binding authority. Budget Glass, our official operating company, has pre-authorized each contract with our corporate signature. It is our mutual interests to ensure that details provided by the contract holder are correct. You must do your best to ensure no broken glass exists on the property under contract at the time of binding the contract.
Budget Glass maintains the right to undertake inspections. Any changes authorized on any service contract coverage must be communicated to Budget Glass by the end of the week.
Transferring Contracts Between Agencies
When a client transfers coverage from one agency/broker to another, you may transfer their Budget Glass Service using the existing contract number. Advise Budget Glass and a new renewal will be issued with the new agent/broker. A Budget Glass Service form may be completed filling in the top right box on the form with the (EXISTING CONTRTACT) and crossing out the red number.
Address Changes/Corrections
Please forward necessary changes or corrections by fax to 758-7025. If a new renewal or confirmation is required please specify.
Payments
Agent commissions:

Your clients should make full payments to you, made out to you or your organization. Please accumulate payments for Budget Glass and forward them to our office the following month.
*GST is included in the contract premium and will be remitted by Budget Glass*.
Cancellations
Because of the low cost of these contracts, we are unable to refund cancellations.

Claims
Claims must be carried out by Budget Glass.
Budget Glass will not be responsible for reimbursement of any invoice for work done by any other individual or organization.
This is not an insurance policy but a Service Contract between your client and Budget Glass specifically. Budget Glass is dedicated to providing the most efficient service possible. Budget Glass will provide 24 hour emergency service to all commercial accounts. Residential accounts will be serviced during our normal working hours.
Coverage
Maintenance contract covers accidental breakage to EXTERIOR GLASS window and doors.
Included are:
- Standard 2x2, 2x4, 4x4 drop on skylights
- Exterior railing glass
- Attached sunrooms, solariums, and greenhouses (call for inspection)
o NO CALL OUT FEES
o NO DEDUCTIBLES ON OWNER OCCUPIED RESIDENCES
Exclusions:
Situations which might result in breakage of glass are excluded from this contract and are not the responsibility of Budget Glass:
- Damage through faulty window frames, doorframes, and skylight frames: fire, earthquake, tornado, hurricane damages: acts of war, riots: all forms of unlawful assembly or willful damage.
The following products will not be covered under the terms of this contract:
- Failed sealed units (moisture between glass panels): acrylic and/or bent/curved glass unless specified; damaged window frames, sashes, and hardware; leaded windows, lead frames, leaded beveled door and sidelite units; stained glass, etched glass, sandblasted, designer glass. Budget Glass will not be responsible for matching any discontinued or obsolete glass that is not available through our suppliers.
Coverage is not provided for:
- the replacement of lettering, heat mirror double glazed units; add-on window coasting; burglar alarm systems, alarm tape and contacts
- detached buildings and personal property
- new homes under construction
- vacant properties or properties that become vacant unless ok'd by Budget Glass
